We partnered with Beards & Daisies, a leading UK e-commerce plant retailer, to redesign a single high-impact product page with a clear focus on conversion and revenue performance. Taking a data-led approach, we rebuilt the page from the ground up and A/B tested the redesign across their five best-selling products. Through improved hierarchy, clearer decision-making cues, simplified content structure and a more focused purchasing journey, the redesigned page delivered a 12% increase in orders, a 14% uplift in revenue and a 9% improvement in conversion rate. The project demonstrates how thoughtful UX and CRO-driven design can unlock measurable growth from even small, targeted changes.
We worked with Lake House on a new product page. They listened to our pain points and went away to produce a product page template that satisfied all our requirements.
